The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Hassan Buhazaa, President of the Arab Voluntary Union, Mr. Anwar Buhassan, Secretary-General of the Arab Voluntary Union, and His Excellency Okail Ismail, General Coordinator of the Arab Voluntary Union in the Arab Republic of Egypt, along with a group of leading volunteer figures in the Arab world.
