Riyadh, October 30, 2022 – Princess Al Anoud Center for Youth Development, in partnership with the Arab Voluntary Union and the Arab Planning Institute in Kuwait, launched the Princess Al Anoud Leadership Program yesterday. This program is designed to cultivate a new generation of leaders capable of shouldering responsibilities effectively and efficiently, while expanding youth participation in development initiatives.
The program was inaugurated by Dr. Yusuf Al Hazim, Secretary-General of the Al Anoud Foundation, who emphasized the importance of developing young leaders and the role of Al Anood Center for Youth Development in creating high-quality programs that align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
The program distinguishes between leaders and managers, highlighting the importance of developing and nurturing leaders in the development sector. It features numerous workshops led by international trainers from outside Saudi Arabia, and showcases successful case studies shared by leaders from various fields.
The program aims to enhance youth contributions to economic and social development efforts, empower youth to design development initiatives, and foster leadership skills and strategic thinking to unlock creativity.
Throughout the program, participants will design and develop initiatives that will be evaluated by experts. The program will conclude with a study trip to Kuwait for the winning initiatives.
This collaboration with key players in the third sector aligns with Al Anood Center's objectives of developing youth and enhancing their capabilities.
